Terms & Conditions

All sales are subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Sale, as follows:

1.) Delivery Time: Dlivery is usually made next day. In case of delay - an appropriate announcement would be made.

2.) Delivery Charge: Delivery charge will be added to the ordering form by us after order placement. Shipment would be holded, waiting for the customer's review and reconfirm. An order that will not be reconfirmed will not be shipped!

3.) Specifications: The specifications shown are a subject to change by their manufacturer without a notice. The manufacturers usually reserves their right to make product improvements at any time.

4.) Warranty: All of the products listed on this website have been carefully chosen by our technical staff based on their high qualifications and good experience. The manufacturers of the products contained herein warrant that their products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of time and under conditions specified. Warranty period dates from the date of original shipment, and not from the date of any subsequent RMA. To validate the Manufacturer's Warranty, buyer expressly agrees to follow its terms and conditions, including registration. Note that round-trip shipping charges are generally not covered by any warranty. Other than the express warranties set forth above including our Y2K-OK 100% Satisfaction Guarantee which is a part hereof, Online-Devices makes no other warranty, express or implied, regarding its products, including, without limitation, the implied warranty of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose.

5.) Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Online-Devices be liable for any defect in the software, for loss of or inadequacy of data of any kind, or for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages in connection with or arising out of the performance or use of any product furnished hereunder. Online-Devices's liability shall in no event exceed the purchase price of the product furnished hereunder.

6.) Returns and Exchanges: Requests for return or exchange may be made by writing to, faxing, or calling our Customer Service Department within 30 days of invoice of merchandise. The Company will promptly fax or mail you an RMA Request Form. Fill out the RMA Request Form completely. Fax or mail the form to the Company with a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase. Upon acceptance of the RMA Request Form, a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) will be issued by fax or mail within one business day. All products must be returned promptly, as the RMA number for any return automatically expires in 10 days. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of your shipping box, and send it to Online-Devices. Damage or loss of goods during shipment is the sole responsibility of the Customer. Insufficient packaging or visible product damage may result in the loss of warranty. After repair, Online-Devices will return the product via UPS ground, freight prepaid for warranty items. For out-of-warranty shipments and all other shipment methods, Customer must pay for freight and insurance.

Goods returned without a valid RMA number will be refused. To ensure that you receive proper credit, please reference a valid RMA number on the outside of the package. In order to qualify for a refund of product purchase price, the product must not have been damaged by the Customer or by the common carrier chosen by the Customer. All returned merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid for return within 30 days of receipt in new, unused, and resalable condition, complete with all packaging materials, software, cables, accessories, and documentation. The Company reserves the right to refuse returns in the following cases: special order items; quantity, discount, dealer, or OEM sales; and damaged or defaced items. Credit cards will be credited upon receipt of correctly returned merchandise. C.O.D. orders will be processed as a merchandise credit; you must include a letter if you wish to request a refund by check. Allow 15 working days for refunds. Do not debit your account for returns prior to the issuance of a merchandise credit by the Company.

Transportation/shipping charges are not refundable (even within 30 days). A 15% Restocking Charge will be applied to all exported product returns. A minimum of a 20% Restocking Fee plus any charges for damaged or missing parts shall be applied to items accepted for return after 30 days. Products which are not in as-new and resalable condition, complete with all supplied parts, manuals, software, and packaging, are not eligible for return and will be returned to the Customer.

Online-Devices is not responsible for any software or data on any equipment being returned for service. Customer is advised to back up software prior to shipping any product with data on it to us. All exchanges require a new purchase order number to be issued unless the new purchase is paid by credit card or C.O.D. In most cases, Online-Devices cannot perform cross-shipping services. Refused or unclaimed orders will have to pay the initial and subsequent shipping costs on any shipping method, plus C.O.D. charges, each time.

7.) Claims: A.) Inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt. If you receive a shipment with obvious damage to cartons or missing cartons, B.) Notify the carrier immediately. Concealed damage or loss should be reported at once to the carrier and an inspection requested. Online-Devices is not responsible for packages left unattended for any period of time. C.) Do not return merchandise to us until notified by the carrier to do so. Retain all packaging materials including styrofoam peanuts, inner and outer cartons, labeling, etc., for inspection by the carrier - without this, your claim may be denied. With shipments properly packaged (as all shipments leaving our facility are), the ultimate responsibility for delivery in good condition rests with the carrier.

8.) General Provisions: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Israel and will become binding only when an order is accepted by Online-Devices. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. These terms and conditions will prevail notwithstanding any different, conflicting, or additional terms and conditions which may appear on any order submitted by the purchaser. Deviations from these terms and conditions are not valid unless confirmed in writing by an authorized officer of Online-Devices.
